Return Policy

I will replace or refund a defective product up to 60 days after purchase.* **

*In this case “defective” means any issue caused as a result of a design flaw. This does not include any damage caused by regular use or misuse.

**Customer will need to provide photo proof of defective components. This is to incorporate important design considerations to future products. Customer will also need to provide proof of purchase. In specific situations I may require the customer to ship the item back, if they do I will provide a shipping label or reimburse the shipping expense (the shipping method must be agreed upon by both customer and seller before shipping).

No replacements or refunds on undamaged products.

By buying these products you agree that you are entirely responsible for whatever you do with them once in your possession. You also agree that you bought these products entirely at your own risk to personal health and property. You must have personally created or have the permission to use any 3D models, drawings, or references submitted to this service.
